Product Description:

This hand-cast bronze hu vessel in the Han Dynasty bronze ware style, featuring natural verdigris patina and inscriptions, is an exquisite antique reproduction craft. It serves not only as a unique collectible but also as an elegant home decor piece, embodying the profound history and culture of the Han Dynasty and the charm of Chinese ancient art, respectfully referencing Han Dynasty artifacts and antiques as a wine vessel and ritual object.

This bronze vessel has a dignified and elegant shape, standing about 12.2 inches (about 31 cm) tall.It has a full body, a narrow neck, a rounded belly, and a stable footrim. The band of fine inscriptions encircling the mid-section of the vessel is of great historical research value, as they are written in ancient and vigorous handwriting and may record the background of the casting of the vessel, its use, or family information.Below the inscription and at the bottom of the vessel's belly is a complex and regular pattern, possibly taotie, cloud and thunder, or geometric, which demonstrates the solemn and elegant artistic style of Han Dynasty bronzes. Both sides of the neck are equipped with symmetrical pave-head earrings, which are of simple and ancient modelling. The entire vessel is thick and heavy, with mottled patina and natural rust marks on the surface, which not only give the vessel a unique sense of historical vicissitudes, but also testify to its long history.
